Localism, Inc. was founded in August 2022, as part of an entrepreneurial dream of social determinants, a young professional’s expansive career in public service, and his knowledge of bridging people together through social connectivity to do business together and expand current and future ventures. C. LeRoy Cavazos-Reyna, a native of Mission, Texas in the heart of the Rio Grande Valley with more than 20 years of professional experience in community development, government affairs, public administration, international relations, and nonprofit management founded Localism.

Localism has an international client base that extends throughout the United States, Washington D.C., Mexico, Latin America, and Spain. Our value proposition is to help minority businesses, corporations, and nonprofits achieve their government affairs, international relations, procurement, and diversity, equity and inclusion, goals. Localism, Inc. is a proudly certified Hispanic, LGBTQ+, and Disabled-owned business headquartered in San Antonio, Texas.
