Latinos are an economic powerhouse in the United States. Their purchasing power is slated to top $1.9 trillion in 2023. They are expected to become 30 percent of the labor force by 2060. And they start more businesses per capita than any other racial or ethnic group. Despite their impact and industriousness, Latinos face significant barriers to accessing capital and other essential resources to grow their businesses.

Localism is committed to supporting the dedicated and productive Latino business owners who bring their skills, goods, and services to the U.S. economy. We have outlined six business priorities to lift up Latino businesses and address their unique challenges. Our goal is to ensure that Latinos continue to be the engine of America’s future growth.
