Localism, Inc. is a government affairs, lobbying and binational U.S.–Mexico relations firm based in San Antonio, Texas, with a presence in Washington, D.C. and Mexico City, founded in 2022.

The name

Every issue lands in a community first.

A bill in Austin, a rule in Washington, D.C. or a decision in Mexico City is felt first by a business, a nonprofit or a city. Localism starts there and works outward: local, state, national and international.

Founder and CEO

C. LeRoy Cavazos-Reyna, MPA

LeRoy founded Localism in August 2022. He brings more than 20 years of experience at the Texas Capitol and in government affairs, and is a registered Texas lobbyist.

Before founding Localism, LeRoy led government and international affairs for the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, led government affairs for the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and managed public affairs and communications for Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages. He works in English and Spanish, and Localism's clients range from chambers of commerce and nonprofits to companies doing business across the U.S.–Mexico border.
